Q :1.)  How to customize if I need a logo?

A: Yes,As long as you provide design patterns,we can add your logo on your plush toys including personalised label and company logo or character name.

Q :2.) What materials are used for plush toys?
A: The fabric of our stuffed toys is usually long or short pile and the inside is PP cotton. We usually recommend the fit material according to your design.

Q :3.) Does the plush toy lose plush?
A: Don't worry, plush toys don't lose plush themselves.
Because it is a new product, it will have a little floating hair and filling fiber,
After you get it, tap it a few times and shake it a few times, it will remove the floating plush

Q :4.) Is there any error in size?
A:All products are measured, plush toys are soft and there will be a certain error (between about 3 cm)

Q :5.)How it's packaged?
A: All we use are professional plush evacuating instruments to take time to pack, because plush toys are relatively large in size.
Only after taking the time to transport the product can the product be better protected, so when you receive the product, it is slightly biased than the description.
Small or a little wrinkled, please don't be surprised, because this is a normal phenomenon. After opening it, it will shake a few times and it will be under the sun.

Q:6.)How long does it take to make samples?
A: First of all, you have to provide us with the artwork, painting, sketch or cartoon design you want, and then our design team will make your plush toy or plush toy by hand. Finally, it takes one week for samples to be made. Of course, if you want an urgent order, please contact us in advance and we will arrange the production time.

Q:7.) How can I control the quality of the goods?
A: First of all, we have a complete set of quality inspection and control system. Second, our factory has obtained ISO9001 international quality certification.

Q:8.) How about the shipping?
A: Support air and sea transportation, you can also choose your own freight forwarder, or if you are not convenient , we can arrange our forwarder to ship the goods for you.
